Semi-aged vegan cashew cheese, with a soft texture and mouth-watering sharpness, resulting from a 21-day fermentation and curing process. Notes of toasted nuts and an umami richness at the finish.

Perfect for pairing with crackers, a good slow-fermented bread, or added to salads and pizzas.

Storage: Keep refrigerated at 0 to 5ºC. Consume within 5 days after opening.

Deliveries: Deliveries are made between 1 to 4 business days. You will be notified by the carrier the day before with the estimated delivery.

Make sure you'll be home on the delivery day or let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule it. If the order is not delivered on the 2nd attempt, it will be returned and you will incur an additional €10 for a new delivery.
