Shipping policy
Deliveries are made in refrigerated transport within 1 to 5 business days after the order. You will receive a message from the carrier with the delivery forecast the day before and a notification with the time window on the same day.

Our cheeses need to be kept in a refrigerated environment at all times. After receiving the products, you should keep them refrigerated between 0 and 5ºc.
Please ensure that you will be home for the delivery or that it can be left in a safe place (don't forget to provide this information when ordering or any other additional information about the delivery, safe place to leave/neighbour who can receive it).
If the order is not delivered on the second attempt, it will be returned and you will incur an additional €10 for a new delivery.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been paid and is not being processed.
If you have already paid and wish to change the order, send an email to encomendas@muka.pt , indicating the order number and the request for its cancellation.
