Shipping policy


For now we only deliver in the municipality of Lisbon, Oeiras, Cascais, Sintra, Amadora, Loures and Odivelas.

Deliveries are made every Friday, between 9 am and 6 pm. Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance, through our website

Our cheeses need to be refrigerated at all times. After receiving the products, you must keep them refrigerated between 0 and 5ºC.

Please guarantee that you will be at home for delivery or that it can be left in a safe place (don't forget to leave this information when ordering or any other additional information about delivery, safe place to leave / neighbor who can receive it) . In case you authorize our distribution company to leave the order in a safe place, we are not responsible in case the order disappears.

We want to promote the reuse of packaging whenever possible. Therefore, we will give you a € 0.50 discount voucher on a future purchase for each bottle or delivery box that is returned to us (in good condition). You just need to deliver the respective packaging to us on our next delivery.

  • Free shipping on orders over 50€


You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been paid and is not being processed.

If you have already paid and wish to change the order, send an email to, indicating the order number and the order cancellation.


We are not responsible in case of damage or loss of orders as a result of them being returned to the warehouse or impossible to deliver.

It is the customer's responsibility to give us the correct address, telephone number and e-mail contact.

If there has been an exchange or the products delivered do not correspond to the order placed, contact us via email:, indicating the order number and reporting the situation. We will deliver the correct order to you at no additional cost as soon as possible.

We will refund the order value whenever there are quality problems with the products. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases!

1) Order number

2) Pictures of the damaged or altered product

3) IBAN / MB WAY to transfer the refund

We will refund you within 14 days of the date we are informed of this situation.
