Refund policy


We are not responsible in the event of damage or loss of orders as a result of them being returned to the warehouse or impossible to deliver.

It is the customer's responsibility to give us the correct address, telephone number and email contact.

If there has been an exchange or the delivered products do not correspond to the order placed, contact us via email:, indicating the order number and reporting the situation. We will deliver the correct order to you at no additional cost  as soon as possible.

We will refund the value of the order whenever there are quality problems with the products. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases!

1) Order number

2) Photos of the damaged or altered product

3) IBAN/MB WAY for refund transfer

We will refund you within 14 days from the date we are informed of this situation.
