Semi-aged cheese with a touch of porcini mushrooms. Aged for four weeks, it has a genuine and characterful cheesy aroma.

Perfect to pair with crackers, a nice slow rising bread or added to salads and pizzas.

Keep refrigerated from 0 to 5ºC. Consume within 5 days after opening.

At the moment we only deliver in Lisbon. Deliveries take place every Wednesday (from 9am to 1pm) for orders placed by 2pm the day before.
