Semi-aged cheese with a touch of porcini mushrooms. Aged for four weeks, it has a genuine and characterful cheesy aroma.

Perfect to combine with crackers, a good sourdough bread or added to salads and pastas.

Liquid Weight: aprox. 125g

Ingredients: Cashew nut*, filtered water, boletus mushroom, sea salt, vegan fermentation cultures*.

Conservation: Keep refrigerated at 0 to 5ºc. Consume within 5 days after opening

Approximate shelf life: 15 days. Check the label for the product's specific expiration date. Deliveries: In the Lisbon area, we deliver by courier every Thursday from 9am to 1pm (for orders placed before 2pm the day before). In the rest of the country, deliveries are made within 1 to 5 business days after placing the order.
