Tosta com Cremoso Fumado e Tomate Cherry

Creamy Smoked and Cherry Tomatoes Toast

An easy, quick and perfect recipe for a weekend brunch.

Makes 3 to 4 toasts | preparation: 15 minutes


4 slices of a good sourdough bread
4 well-served spoons of Smoked Cream (1 for each toast)
300g cherry tomatoes
4 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of oregano
salt to taste


  1. Prepare the ingredients by slicing the bread, cutting the cherry tomatoes in half and chopping the garlic. Toast the bread in a frying pan with a little bit of olive oil. Reserve.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and let it fry briefly over medium heat. Add the tomatoes and stir (still over medium heat) until they begin to soften.
  3. Add the salt and oregano and stir for another minute or two.
  4. Remove from the heat and assemble the toast: bread, Smoked Cream and the cherry tomato.
