Grilled Figs with Brito and Pistachio

Using one of the season's fruits, here is a perfect appetizer for the remaining summer nights.

Makes 16 bites | preparation: 15 minutes


8 figs
1/2 Brito
Agave to taste
Pistachio to taste


  1. Prepare the ingredients by cutting the figs in half and the Brito into small rectangles and chopping the pistachio.
  2. Grill the figs until they are slightly golden and stuff them with the Brito pieces.
  3. Finish by pouring the agave and chopped pistachio on top.
