Smoked semi-aged vegan cashew cheese, with strong acidity and fruity notes from applewood chips. Aged for 30 days to develop its umami, indulgent flavor.
Perfect to pair with a nice red wine.

Deliveries: In the Lisbon area, we deliver by courier every Thursday from 9am to 1pm (for orders placed by at 2pm the day before). In the rest of the country, deliveries are made within 1 to 5 business days after placing the order.
