Vegan cashew blue cheese with kimchi.

It's our Special Christmas Edition this year, developed exclusively for the holidays. Inoculated with the P. Roqueforti fungus, it is a subtle blue cheese, cured over 5 weeks, with a creamy texture and slightly spicy flavor, the result of a happy combination with Fermentable's Vegan Kimchi. Try it with our Corn Crackers from Garfa Padaria.

Liquid Weight: aprox. 130g

Ingredients: Cashews*, filtered water, vegan kimchi, sea salt, vegan fermentation cultures

Allergens: CASHEW NUT; may contain traces of SOY and ALMONDS.

Conservation: Keep refrigerated at 0 to 5ºc. Consume within 5 days after opening.

Approximate shelf life: one to two weeks. Check the label for the product's specific expiration date.

Deliveries will be made from December 14th to 22nd. If you cannot receive it on any of these days, please put this information in the comments box (in the shopping cart) when you place your order and we will contact you to find an alternative. The products will arrive with approximately three weeks of validity.
